When you own your own home and need repairs, sometimes you don't know where to start.

If you are older or disabled, we can take the worry out of repairs by managing the job for you from start to finish. And we don't authorise payment to the contractor until you are 100% satisfied with the work.

First, we visit you to carry out a full survey and agree what works are needed. We then specify the works, get quotes from reputable contractors, hire the best contractor for the job, oversee the works and inspect them when the job is finished.

There may be a project management fee. If so, this will be explained to you from the start.
